Inspiration

Out of the Ashes

Barbara’s personal and inspiring story: the oldest of three siblings, to sole survivor of her family, including her brother’s suicide in 1999. The loss of her capacities from a slip and fall on black ice in 1990 resulting in a traumatic brain injury to a resounding mainstream living comeback. Her mantra of “living in the moment” combined with courage, conviction, and faith give audiences permission to explore their own milestones and breakthrough’s in life’s journey. Barbara’s warmth, authenticity and humor leave audiences with a sense of personal empowerment and a plan of action!
